Attention reflects your minds ability to focus or to hold information in your head. When your attention is high, you find it easier to remember, easier to focus, and easier to manage stress. Your attention can be divided into groups through your working memory. The higher the working memory, the more stacks you can divide your  thoughts into. Attention can be focused (mindful) or relaxed (daydreaming).

People usually prefer one style of attention over the other. When your mind is relaxed, your attention to physics, physical control and your body is unconscious and your movements are involuntary. When your mind is focused, your attention to qualities, feelings, and impressions becomes unconscious.

Besides attention, people have motivation, which represents whatever you find most enjoyable in life.
