In the normal state, we only use our dominant intelligence. We are in this state for the most of our life, with some of our powers laying latent. Some of us are normally attention types, which means you’re someone with good self-control and with strong awareness.
Some of us are normally motivation types. Motivation types have better reflexes and are quicker decision makers. Attention types are more cautious and self-controlled. Consider if you generally think first, and then act, or if you act first, and then think. Consider if you’re primarily a decision maker or a brainstormer.
Motivation types seek flow and thrill and positive emotions. Attention types seek self-control, focus, and enhanced judgement. Motivation types are more creative an uninhibited. Attention types are more nuanced and reflective.
