In my work to connect the MBTI with The Enneagram, I uncovered the secret connections between the cognitive functions and the enneagram types. You can explore more about this in my upcoming book, the Power Of Persona!
The power of persona is a book on how nature and nurture intersects and how our developed traumas and beliefs impact us. It shows that there are many differences established early within a personality type.
I am now able to predict how trauma, development, emotions, and personal circumstance drives and influences the behaviour of each type. That means I can develop neat infographics like this one!
The MBTI sometimes gives the idea that all INFJs are the same – and that all INFJs are fully individuated and will always act the same way. Truth of the matter is, it really depends on their upbringing, and some INFJs will be more, and some less in touch with their personality. The good thing is, all variations happen within the normal INFJ spectrum, and there are patterns to how an INFJ will change. These can be mapped out through subtype & archetype theory!
