What does it mean to be a Judging personality type?

Let's go!

Judging describes how much you value goals, leadership and organisation. Judging types tend to value things like focus, self-discipline, order, and structure. You can be ambitious, diplomatic, and focused on team-building and working together towards a joint goal. You connect and see how things fit together. You prefer to work on one project at a time. You schedule and prioritise goals and projects to make sure you stay on track.
