Salesforce Operations at Rituals Cosmetics & IAR Systems
Over five years managing Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud ecosystems. At Rituals Cosmetics, I scaled omnichannel support routing across multiple languages and European retail markets. At IAR Systems, I lead global CRM infrastructure and integrated Venizum translation software for knowledge base localization.
Personalitopia
Personalitopia is a living journal and philosophy platform for exploring human personality without clichés or rigid stereotypes. I designed and developed the entire frontend, custom block editor extensions, and high-precision testing workflows.

Markdown Publishing Engine (erikthor.com)
The static engine powering this website. Reads modular Markdown files with frontmatter, transforms them into accessible HTML with semantic IDs, compiles Tailwind styling, and deploys directly via SFTP in seconds.
